Let’s talk going-out tops! I don’t know about you, but as we get older, figuring out what to wear on a night out has been tough. We’re over crop tops. We’re over bodysuits. So, where do we even shop now? Don’t worry, I’ve got you!

Pro-tip, the key to nailing the look is in the styling. A top can be boring until you add in your bold earrings, necklaces, or belts to spice it up. So don’t be afraid to have fun with accessories! And of course, never forget a pump—the quintessential GNO shoe. On the bottom, most of these tops work well with your favourite pair of straight leg jeans, trousers, or even a silk skirt if you was to dress it up even more!

We all know Aritzia is one of my go-to stores, and you might think you’ve seen everything they offer, but trust me, the best going-out tops are coming from Babaton. They’ve completely nailed the elevated aesthetic—it’s exactly what everyone’s looking for when trying to find a great top for a night out.

Of course, I also love Reformation, but it’s tough to justify spending $250 on a top! I mean, I did splurge on the Melanie Top, and it was worth it—but only as a treat! This roundup features reasonably priced tops, but I had to give an honorable mention.
