Animal print can be a bit daunting—I totally get it. It took me a while to come around to leopard print myself. At first, I felt like it cheapened my outfits, giving off a 90s housewife vibe, and not in the good way. But I've definitely changed my tune.

My “gateway” into animal print was a pair of leopard print pumps. I highly recommend starting with leopard shoes if you’re feeling hesitant about the print. If you prefer sneakers, I absolutely love this pair from Steve Madden—they look just like the Adidas X Wales Bonner collab, which is currently going for $600 on StockX. Style the shoes with jeans and a blazer, and it can really change your perspective. Now, I’m fully embracing animal print. This season, I picked up a pair of Zara animal print jeans, and I’m completely sold.
